In the increasingly lonely world of digital health and wellness media — the thing we are in need of most right now is community and deeper connection. We need spaces we can go where we feel heard, where we can express our health concerns, where we can learn together and develop a sense of togetherness and clarity when it comes to ou health.
In a group setting, we are going to be joining one another as we immerse ourselves deeply into the inner workings of our health, so we can gently resolve stubborn symptoms, feel confident in our bodies and cycles and co create lifestyles that deeply support our physiology — creating not just health but alignment in every aspect of our lives.

I understand the frustration of feeling like your body is rebelling against you, even when you feel like you’re doing everything “right.” I also understand really wanting to understand your body, and not knowing where to start, especially with the plethora of information out there.
This is why the Women’s Health Immersion was born — to bring us all together, off of the screens and immersed in real conversations, real guidance, real support, and real education. We are keeping wellness clear and conscise, achieveable and realistic — not some pipe dream in the sky. Something we ALL deserve access to.
At a fraction of the cost of private coaching, you get access to me as your coach during the duration of the program as well as the community of women in each cohort. We work together for 6 weeks, meeting weekly to discuss progress, learn key aspects of hormone health and practical ways to apply it to our everyday lives. You will start to feel steadier energy, less and less PMS, easier periods, and probably the best thing of all — so many “a ha” moments as you continue to finally understand how your body works the way it does.
HERE ARE THE DETAILS:
We meet once per week for 6 weeks, each session running 1-2 hours
We meet in person for my locals at Waterfield Pilates Studio (First cohort starts Tuesday February 6 — reminder emails will go out prior to our first meeting!)
Each week, we will cover a foundation of hormone health and discuss how to weave this into your existing lifestyle. We will have space to talk about our current menstrual cycle health concerns and symptoms and share stories and questions
You will receive digital guides and worksheets to accompany our topic for each week, as well as 10% off a Waterfield Pilates package for every participant in the program
Show up as you are, leave confident about your hormone health and wellness, ready to take on the world

MY WELLNESS PHILOSOPHY? KEEP IT SIMPLE.
After coaching women now for almost a decade, I can say without a doubt I have seen many trends come and go. I’ve seen how the business of “wellness” has boomed and how so much of it has become fluff and trends that don’t take into account the unique physiology of women.
What I can tell you is this: I teach women the health foundations that stand the test of time. The foundational work that we will weave into your daily routine won’t feel like extra work and will become a seamless part of your day. I won’t have you on a restrictive diet, or cutting out coffee, I won’t have you doing anything that feels uncomfortable. When we bring awareness to how our bodies work — and the subsquent needs of our bodies, it becomes easy to honor those needs and show up how we need to. When you start feeling your energy come back, and your sleep get better, and your cycles improve — it’s easy to keep going when you start physically feeling the difference.
The foundations allow our bodies to bring back balance — in our mind, body and cells.
WHAT WE WILL COVER:
How to eat for hormone balance and blood sugar balance. You will learn how to craft meals that support better blood sugar handling so you can lose weight, build muscle, reduce inflammation, sleep better and maintain steady energy.
All about the menstrual cycle and the four phases, as well as how to track your cycle and metabolic health using a chart and thermometer. You will learn why apps are not always reliable and how to confidently interpret your cycle using your chart.
Building the lifestyle, learning the importance of how you start and end your day and what you do in between (including exercise and movement) to create a daily rhythm that you love and also deeply supports your body.
Deep dive into toxins and endocrine disruptors, and how to support gut and liver health. You will learn how to easily support detoxification the right way — no juice cleanses or detox teas involved.
Learning how to mitigate stress and build stress resiliency, and why we want to incorporate more fun and joy into our lives, and how bringing back our passions and hobbies into a balanced mind and body leads to big transformations in our lives.
